Denuncias
Sometimes, despite our best efforts we are unable to resolve an issue, when this occurs we recommend that you file a denuncia, whilst this may seem daunting, it is now very simple, and does not require you to attend the courthouse, as can now be submitted online, via the website or though an app downloaded to your phone. You also have the choice of giving your details so they may report back or file the report anonymously.

Lets start with what is a Denuncia?
