APC

 

The General Manager/Administrator of the APC is Sra. Bethania Almonte Tejada.

 

The Administrator manages the day-to-day operation of the APC.  Bethania: attends board meetings; handles bookkeeping; maintains minutes and communication of the board; operates the office 6 days a week; and communicates with residents and guests of the community as a whole.

 

She maintains the APC office, supervises employees, and is the “go to person” in the community when there are issues. Betania has held this position for more than 10 vyears and is the “face” of the administration of Costambar.
