BEACH RULES AND REGULATIONS

1.    Alcohol is prohibited on the beach and beach accesses.

2.    Ground fires and fireworks are prohibited on the beach and throughout Costambar.

3.    No vehicles are allowed on the beach.

4.    No glass allowed on the beach.

5.    There is no beach access for visitors from 6 p.m. to 8 a.m.

6.    There shall be no destruction of grass/vegetation/trees, or fencing throughout Costambar.

7.    No littering on the beach or in the ocean.  ALL GARBAGE to be placed in garbage drums.

8.    There shall be no commercial activities by anyone other than the Beach Vendedoras Association.

9.    There shall be no fishing anywhere in Costambar, at any time.

10.  Only the Beach Vendedoras Association may supply shading devices larger than 4 feet wide.

11.  Pets must be on a Leash at all times and in the contol of their owners

12.  Pet excrement must be picked up, bagged and placed in Beach Bins

The community of Costambar; the APC; the JDV and the AVDP shall not be responsible for any loss of or damage to any chattels or vehicles, however caused.
