1. Professional Standards

Members shall conduct business in a professional, ethical, and respectful manner.

All services must comply with applicable local and national laws.

Members shall provide truthful and accurate representations of their services.
2. Compliance with APC Regulations
-
Businesses operating within Costambar must comply with APC rules, community standards, and property regulations.

Participation in CBN does not exempt any business from existing APC requirements.
3. Non-Discrimination

Members shall not discriminate on the basis of nationality, gender, race, religion, or any protected status.
4. Reputation & Conduct
-
Members shall avoid behavior that harms the reputation of Costambar or APC.

Disputes between businesses should be resolved professionally and without public disruption.
5. Use of APC / CBN Branding
-
Businesses may reference membership in CBN but may not imply APC endorsement, certification, or guarantee of services.
6. Grounds for Suspension or Removal
Membership may be suspended or revoked for:

Repeated violations of APC regulations
-
Fraudulent activity
-
Verified serious complaints
-
Non-payment of applicable CBN fees (if implemented)

Business Verification & Approval Procedure

1. Submission of completed Business Registration Form.
​
2. Administrative review by APC Office.
​
3. Confirmation of:

Business contact information
-
Compliance with APC regulations
​
4. Approval by designated Board Liaison (or Economic Development Committee).
​
5. Issuance of:

CBN Registration Number
-
Digital confirmation of membership
​
6. Inclusion in official Costambar Business Directory.
Governance Recommendation
For structure and transparency, APC may:
-
Establish an Economic Development Committee reporting to the Board.
-
Appoint one Board Liaison for oversight.
-
Require annual renewal of CBN registration.
-
Conduct annual performance review of the sector.
