Extraordinary General Assembly

The APC Extraordinary General Assembly was held on January 11, 2025, at Villas Jazmin.

Over 50 APC members attended, engaging in a discussion about the financial situation of the APC going into the new year.

- It was decided to set standard fees across several categories of properties.  

- It was decided to increase homeowner fees by 5% a year in future.  

- It was decided that personal services currently offered by the APC, and any that may be offered in the future, will be made available only to paying members of the APC.

Thank you very much to those members who took time from a beautiful day to help make our community safer and more secure.

Finally - we are planning to hold the Annual General Assembly of the APC for Saturday, February 22, 2025.  Further details will be sent out shortly.

The minutes of the EGM are attached, as well as the fee schedule for 2025.
